Just for fun: 2012 Nikon Small World Competition


Every year, Nikon hosts the Small World Photomicrography competition. Any photograph or video taken with a light microscope is eligible. As usual, there were some stunning entries. You can see all the winners, honorable mentions and images of distinction here. Trust me, it's worth a look.
